Skewer Shrimp Recipes

These shrimp skewer is an alternative to enjoy as input to table these days. During the days of Holy week is common to prepare meals without meat, red or white. More classic options include fish, seafood and vegetables. It is a good opportunity to prepare different and tasty meals for the whole family.

Preparation

Wash shrimp, dry them, and salt them. Let them stand for an hour and dry again. Jumped for two or three minutes at high heat in a pan with oil. Place them onto the skewers. 1 cup oil coffee
Bread crumbs
Oregano
Parsley
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp of chopped onions
Tartar sauce:
3 chopped cucumbers vinegar
