1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
2 tablespoon dark sesame oil
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 scallion, sliced thin (about 2 tb)
1 ground black pepper to taste
Marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Then grill
for about 8 minutes.
