1 lb imitation crabmeat; flaked
8 oz cream cheese; softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion; finely chopped
1 celery; finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Combine all ingredients. Garnish with a sprig of dill or parsley. Serve oncrackers.
Per tablespoon: 67 calories, 6 g fat, 22 mg cholesterol, 16 mg sodium
